Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 15, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services offered by MVLuxRent (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including the rental of our luxury boat and related services. By booking with MVLuxRent, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book and use our services. By making a reservation, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Reservations and Payment

Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed once full payment or the required deposit has been received.
Payment Methods: We accept payment via approved credit/debit cards and other methods specified on our website.
Pricing: All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental date may be eligible for a full or partial refund, as outlined in our cancellation policy.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations within 24 day of the booking date or failure to show up will result in forfeiture of your payment.
Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unsafe weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or be offered the option to reschedule.

4. Use of the Vessel

The renter must comply with all safety regulations, boating laws, and the instructions provided by MVLuxRent staff.
No illegal activities, dangerous conduct, or unauthorized passengers are permitted.
Alcohol consumption must be done responsibly and in compliance with local laws.
Smoking is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

5. Damage and Liability

The renter is financially responsible for any damage to the vessel or equipment caused during the rental period.
MVLuxRent is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
You agree to indemnify and hold MVLuxRent harmless against claims arising from your use of the vessel.

6. Weather Policy

If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule your rental or provide a full refund. The decision to cancel due to weather rests solely with MVLuxRent.

7. Assumption of Risk

Boating involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, and accidents. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments

MVLuxRent may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the change takes effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
